why cant i download exe files

i canot dowload exe files does anyone no how i could do this plz help me i realy need this. iclick on them to download but they just wont plz help!!

If you mean with "but they won't" that the download doesn't start when choosing them from the search results, then it could be a license issue (besides that you should be happy with them not starting, since they will be anyway full of spyware, viruses and trojans in 999/1000 cases).
