Avatars

How do I put Avatars under my User Name? I tried to change my profile but the "No" button where I change avatar is clicked and I can't un-click it. I want to upload a graphic from my computer. Can anyone help me? I'm new to this.

It's some time since I did mine, but I think if you click the button that says change Avatar and then load one it will automatically change the button to 'yes' . Erm... I think :)
