If you want my contributions to the general and development forums where I have been helping out programmers and new users alike, you need to enable unregistered posting again.
I REFUSE TO FOLLOW THE COWS AND REGISTER !!
I REFUSE TO TURN ON COOKIES !!

So you lose my contributions to those areas and the others where you cut me off.

The cookie only makes it so you are automatically logged on. If you delete the cookie, it only means you have to do this manually

I tried to explain this many times. Did you know you can block cookies manually? That is to say, you keep only the cookies you want, and the others are automatically blocked.
