Requesting a Gnutella Wild Rant Forum be created where anything goes, including flames and bad words, no mod can edit anything, everything goes and no one controls anything.
Registered users or unregistered can post.
IPs are NOT LOGGED in this forum, it is turned off.
You are warned at the top of the forum and can leave by clicking your close box.
It will be hassle free and take no time from any moderators since there's no need for moderation.
The word "Gnutella" should be in the title because, well, we like the word.
Anyone second this request?

This is no fun... at least not for the mods... and your without editing idea is so crazy... did you visited the bearshare brawl? Did you read some of the comments before they were edited, I have I don´t want to lower me to that level, nor I want to edit such crap... we are a support forum here... no fightclub.

Slashdot doesn't edit any posts, thus they are not responsible for any posts because they don't have any control over them, and that's been challenged in court.
So don't edit it and the flamers will all go there and thus you won't have to do much editing in the normal forums.
The BS crowd has always been immature, so it shouldn't be that bad here.

Nope, I saw that the people on bearshare.net didn´t realize that is only allowed to flame in the brawl section and startetd to flame in the other forums - they have now changed their rules they are more stiff now, I wonder why?

Where is the problem to go over there and flame, if you want?

Because the users here may be using LimeWire or Shareaza and want to F - a - LAME user (flame !!)

It would probably be more like a open say whatever you want, talk about anything place, but the warning and no editing makes it easy on the mods here.

If you like it why don´t you open your own forum? And create a lot of flame forums... one for each client?

The banners aren't CPM and the traffic would be trash.

I could have helped 20 new users today, oh well.

I still think the solution is the programming one, CycloCide posted today and didn't say anything about accepting any programming changes, oh well.

You can bet Vinnie will show up (as anon or shadowzero or anonshadow or zerostealth, he's not very creative when it comes to stealth account names you know).
Oh I forgot how easy it is to identify him anyway since he always looks like a BS brown noser to the max and leans towards anything that helps his market.

NO WAY !
It's so easy to stay logged in, and being registered means you won't do that sort of thing or have a bad attitude.
Registered users make the forum so happy and would never flame anyone because... errr... well..... they are registered and that makes them oh so special!

censorhip or control over known gnutella communities will stay a dream. honestly you can pay cyclo for "preferential" treatment or other websites to get a higher rating or send out your VIPs, at the end there enough user which will speak up. user will still complain about your temper or discover your aggresive marketing strategies. I guess the RIAA will shut you down before you manage to break down Gnutella with lobbying or splitting the network. do you see a future in your selfish way? I doubt this in a long turm, time to grow up and think efficient.
