Really slow downloads!!

I have cable hook up and I can only download at 855 bytes per second compare to about 90 KB a second with everything else!!!!!!

Why??

the other guy

It is the other guy. Either he has a slow connection or he has a fast connection, but because he is trying to upload to so many people it is slow again.
