| Perhaps the vBulletin 2.2.9 "Time offset" choices in Gnutella Forums > User Control Panel > Edit Options could be asked to look into a time zone setting for Saskatchewan or other places that don't use Daylight Savings Time, even though they aren't in the US. vBulletin does have an option for the 1/2 hr difference in Newfoundland. Apple is another international company that solved this minor problem. Since "most of Saskatchewan uses Central Standard time all year round," I don't change my computer time or clocks. In vBulletin 2.2.9 this means Saskatchewan is like GMT-7 in the summer, GMT-6 in the winter. Gov't of Canada National Research Council FAQ Sask. Gov't History of Time System |
