![]() [Everytime I go to Gnutella I am attacked sometimes attempts are made to plant "trojan programs".] Please explain this a little bit more... [If I leave my attacker sometimes follows even after I close down the program.] This wil not help, for as long you do not reconnect to your service provider, your ip will not change (in case you do not have a static ip). [Is there anything to be done or is this a necessary evil?] Use a good firewall. And do not forget that in the net there is some 'background noise', so not every ping is an attack. As said before, tell us more. The provided information is not enough to give you helpful information, I think. Yes, tell us your OS, your servent, your kind of connection, your eye colour* etc. usw.! Greetings.... *Ok, this is a joke :-) |
