Reporting Child Pornography

I stumbled acroos something shocking while searching for another topic... I was surprised to see that there are movie downloads involving minor children in sexual acts. How do I go about reporting this to the moderator or site manager?

we have nothing to do with such things....this site in no way hosts any of the files on the gnutella network...
