![]() Shilene isn't the only person with this problem. I constantly have this problem and I don't have more than 3 downloads queued. Three different machines. All Win2K. Same issue. Machines range from a 800Mhz laptop with 256MB RAM to a 2.4GHz with 2GB RAM. All have all the latest patches installed. Doesn't matter if the machine has just been rebooted or has been running for weaks. Doesn't matter if other apps are running or not. And the windows resource meter still says there's plenty of memory and the cpu isn't being used. Even tried shutting down every non-essential service. The issue is a xolox issue whether one likes to admit it or not. Oh well, meanhile, there's always Limewire if you have a mac. Terrible shame. I like Xolox's download speeds. |
