I've been seeing that bug quite a bit and have no clue about the fix.. My first suggestion is to go to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com and get all the updates for your comp.

annarella :

We have been getting that error quite often with wME systems.
Does your connection use a proxy or is it a shared address?

*Hopefully* in the next update this issue will be solved. Feel free to join Chat and if we are available we will help you troubleshoot with more hands on then can possibly done on a forum.

thanks
