can't open folder for downloads
 

after reinstalling,i had 2 downloads disappear,can't find them,not in folder/checked directory for saves under tools,it is xolox,when i click shortcut to folder,i get option to use browse to search for file/not a shortcut,even though it came with package.do i give up?worked for me before.reinstalling doesn't change anything.
