whats the matter

every time i start up xolox after about 5 min it closes itself down ad says that all information will be lost! does anyone know how to fix this or why its doing it

Mine doesn't shutdown but after 3-5 min I get an error window that says "Runtime error

Error: Unterminated String Constant
Would you like to debug?"
When OK is clicked, you get the debug window but then another box pops up that says "Java Script not available" When OK is clicked Debug and Xolox both shut down. However if you click the upper right hand corner X in the first error box, everything seems to work OK.
