Well I have been having problems with a few media downloaders so I tried this one but unfortunatly I cant connect. I read all the other messages and downloaded a new host list but still no luck. It just sits here and says connecting to the Gnutella network...Thats all that happens can someone please help me?

If your problem does not seem to be limeted to Xolox, you may want to check for things such as having port 6346 open in your firewall and thins of that sort.

How do I go about opening that port?

You will ahve to refer to your firewall's documentation to find that out, as it is application specific.
