not a valid integer message

I am getting this message on start of program , what do I need to do? HMODULE: 4194304
Unhandled exception EConvertError
Exception message:'=' is not a valid integer value

not a valid integer

i am running windows 98se and IE 6. i haven't had any problems till 1.3 .
