mmmm thats odd, ohwell do completely delete xolox so you can do a fresh install do this start>settings>control panel>add/delete programs, choose xolox click uninstall then go to start then run and type in regedit then the registry editor will come up. go to Hkey_current_user>software>xolox and delete the xolox folder(known as a key) then close registry editor and install xolox again.
