If you can connect to the network then there is nothing you need to fix. However, when behind a firwall your chances of a succesful download go down signifigantly. Because of the way firewalls work two poeple with firewall can not connect to each other. This also makes connecting to the network take longer as well because many other hosts will not connect as they have firewalls and connecting to a firewalled host takes longer than a normal one. When downloading files, you will not be able to use many hosts, somtimes more than half, because of firewalls.
