What does busy 0, buffer 0 mean? I have a file that is 99% complete but I can't get that last 1%. Does that mean no one is on that has that file? |

busy 0 buffer 0 means that in the list of sources Xolox has for that file, none of them are listed as busy (potentially usable) and no sources are waiting to be retried (or haven't been asked yet). |
