I've paid my money, installed the software and have now been trying to download a song for the last half hour. I have a fast speed cable modem, things should take 3 minutes. Also it says Ws and has continuously. So if it takes this long, I want to cancel, am I writing Limewire or just posting on a bulletin board. If I'm just posting on a bulletin board, how to get customer service support help live???
