Ratio of Upload/Download skewed

Sorry developers.
(I hate negative comments too, but I'm paying for the bandwidth)
(Multiple access points and largish user numbers with similar
interests{files} are supposed to make the network work)

I have a few stats on uploads and downloads.

Some stats suggest I am downloading 3 times the uploads.

And yet my other stats including the resulting files I have
actually got downloaded to my system, visually, and other
sources suggest otherwise. Uploads from me appear to
be 4 times my downloads.

Any one notice this?

I think `XoloX` is good by the way and appreciate the
fine tuning process, and responses I get on this forum.
