Xolox says "17:08:49. huh.. Heel vreemd.. ERG GROTE FOUT"

Could someone translate? After I have seen this message, Xolox V1.11 freezes.

It says": huh.. very strange.. very big error."

This due to an issue that should theoraticly never happen but due to some unknown cause occures.

thx man, I guess this means I should just ignore if it doesn't happen often.

I think this means someone knows just a bit more how to send "messages" through Xolox...and if they know how to do that, who knows what else they can do ?

Me too

I too have seen the 'Heel vreemd' message on four or five occasions.

huh..Heel vreemd..ERG GROTE FOUT

I have xolox ver 1.12 and I think this might have happened after I closed xolox, deleted the files in my share folder and then started it up again. I had 1 fdile that was about 98% doen, and has said "0:02:31 remaining" for the last hour. I think it's froze. :) I restarted it and it was able to complete the job. I STILL think this program rocks like a vietnam vet! (No offense - but Vietnam Vets really do rock!)

The 4 hosts you see are your link to the gnutela network, without them you would not be able to search.

hint on cause of GROTE FOUT?!

Rufus

Well, this error seems to be hard to find. Here some information about my experience with it. Maybe this could help finding it.

For me it seems that it happens only with "safe downloads" and when this happens, this safe download reports an "active" state but is in fact frozen (no progress at all). All other transfers work as usual. When I try to pause this tranfer it stays permanently with status "switching to pause mode" and the only way I've found to make it work again is to restart xolox.

Yeah

Come to think of it, I turned off 'Safe Downloads' for a few weeks there and didn't see this message once. I do agree that the two are possibly related.
