Answer

That is XoloX mis-interpeting results from a client that is sending metadata along with file hits for mp3's (probably BearShare 2.3.0) you can't download the file, as it doesn't exist, and you can't download any but the first MP3 from a host which sends metadata because the rest of the files will be missing the first letter and also have corrupted file sizes.

(edit)
To replicate the bug: Find your IP, you will need it to connect to XoloX with. (winipcfg for 9x, ipconfig for nt, //say $ip in mirc...)

Download Bearshare 2.3.0, and set it's port to something other than 6346. Close all connecitons and tell it not to auto-connect, don't accept incoming connections. Share a folder with a bunch of mp3's in it.

Open XoloX, then type/paste your IP into BearShare's host box and click connect.

In Xolox, search for .mp3 (the . is there to make the search 4 chars long) you should see one file that's correct at the top, followed by a kHz 44 kbps (or some such thing) and a list of MP3's that are missing their first letter and display huge file sizes which don't download if you try.
