at least 1 CRC Error in almost every file

Almost every file I've tried to extract with WinZip or WinRAR over the last couple of days has had CRC errors in at least one file, blowing the whole thing. Is there any way to download just the part of the file you need replaced, or do I have to downlad the whole 168MB again and test it again, just to find it fails on the same file again?
