Class Not Registered

When I try to start Xolox I get an "illegal operation in <unknown>" message, followed by:

Application Error
Exception EOleSysError in module XOLOX.EXE at 0009104D.
Class not registered.

I'm sure it's a great program but it would be better if I could even run it!
