Where can I still download the last official release of of Xolox?

Greetings:

I want to do my own patching for Xolox. I have version 1.12, but it seems that 1.13 is out(?) Does anyone have a working link for the official release of 1.13? It would be appreciatd.

the last official release was 1.12
but a 1.13 unofficial version can be found here:
