Default Tunneling

Any info on the "tunneling" that you can install with peerahna?

I'm on a LAN but I've my router set up to forward gnutella traffic to me, so I'm pretty sure I don't need it.

I'm just curious what's happening out there in development world to handle the double-push issue.
