no uploads
 

Why don't I get any upload, all the settings seem to be right, not even with the default ones.
My files are shown in the shared tab, and all these files used to be massively upload with other servents.

2 or 3 users have experienced this problem. Please upgrade to the latest version (there have been about 4 since Friday). If the problem persists, please email your log files as attachments to swapper@jasonthomas.com. You can find these at
\program files\swapper\logs\errors

Cool. Now it works, and by the way, it has the fastest upload speeds I have ever had with gnutella. Finally a program that seems to use all my bandwith.

It seems that there was a problem in the update, now the download page is blank, even if I have active downloads.

Blank downloads page fixed.
 

I just fixed the blank downloads page. It was caused if I could not find an icon for the file type you were downloading. I'll release a new revision at around 12:30EST.

still no uploads for firewalled hosts
 

I'm behind a firewall, and I don't get any uploads although I share quite a few files. I think the problem is that Swapper send IP of 0.0.0.0 for firewalled hosts, that other clients simply ignore. A possible solution is to implement the get IP from peers mechanism (as in Gnucleus 1.6.3.0) and give the real IP address, even if ut is not really useful to the peers because of the firewall.
