The Type Tool
How to use the type tool without layers in Windows 10? I need to type a caption to an image saved in Pictures.
If possible, please reply by step-by-step directions, as I cannot follow videos. Many thanks fro your help. Joe Busuttil

You need to be a bit more detailed in your questions. Are you referring to Photoshop, Microsoft Word or another software or is this a specific Windows 10 operating system question?
