Printers troubleshooting

My HP printers refuse to change the font size for texts on my pc that I would like to print. E.g. If i choose size 14, the printers will print the text in size 48.

I also have a problem with orientation: if i c]hoose portrait, the printers will print in landscape size, and vice- versa.

Many thanks for your help, as I don't know how to solve these problems.
