You can change the bitrate without recoding it to .wav.

It has predefined conversion modes, which helps you to decide how much to reduce the size.

Also converts wav files to reduced MP3 files.

Any thread that has been inactive for 6 months or more should be frozen so that spammers and newbies can't resurrect them.
