Or you can use another pre-burn audio editor that can check the audio levels & normalize/reduce the max levels before you actually burn. Some burner softw's convert mp3's themselves to wav or its equivalent, but ideally a top level audio app should be much more trusted to convert accurately plus adjust levels as required. Yes Audio CD's ARE affected by having the max volume level too high! Distortion can also be caused by extremely cheap brands of CD media! If they don't show distortion at first then 2-3 yrs later many will. |
