I constantly get an error message when attempting downloads, it reads: stopped (EOF). Nothing gets through. I am behind a school (University) firewall. Is that what is causeing the problem, if not: what dfoes that message mean?

I don't know what eof means but most schools have firewalls & some have xtra security to prevent p2p software from operating. They'll also have other preventative software that might interfere with LW.
