can not burn cd
 

I have nero5 on my computer but still it will no burn the cd and I have new cd burn in this computer and I using the same than on my frind computer and it will burn tham for me but not on my computer please help me fix it ty

Did Nero come with the burner? If not you'd better go to the Nero website & get an update (it might not recognise your burner.) Depending what you'e burning u might be missing a plug-in. Also perhaps you could get your friend to come over & check you methods of burning. You might be doing somwthing wrong.
