Why do I get bumped after starting a download ?
 

I start downloads, get part of the way thru, and then it says I'm in position 2 etc.

How do I get bumped ?

It depends on how busy the user at the other end is. Does this happen with all dlds?

Not always but quite often....

There are some other rather unwelcome apps out there (eg: Shareaza) which apparently have the ability to knock others in a queue further down the list. Get in the same queue as those aggressive apps & it could be a much longer wait. To my understanding those types of p2p apps are being or have been pressured out of the market for the well being of the p2p community. Mongrels! It would be just your luck to have any in your local p2p community.
