Whole album as a mp3

What is the procedure for turning a whole album for example [Edit] by [Edit] into an mp3?

I know how to convert individuals tracks into mp3s but not how to turn a whole album into a single mp3 .

Thanx for your help.

Naughty, naughty with the naming here of copyrighted material, hmmm ?
:(

But, since I am so nice, I have moved this to a forum where you'll have a better chance of getting the answers you need...

Unfortunately I am not nice enough to give you the answers now because of those naughty words I had to edit !!!

So basically because i accidentally made a faux pas you are going to deliberately punish me.
I sincerely hope the next time you make a mistake as opposed to doing deliberate wrong someone treats you as uncharitably.

What do you want to do? Perhaps there is an other way...

Oh dear, firemonkey, please don't do it :(

I've spent hours editing albums done this way..they are horrible. None of the track names show in your media player, so you have no idea what your listening to, all you have is the title of the whole album.

Bad idea :(

So it's best to download the individual album tracks and then make a playlist of these tracks so in effect you have the album but it avoids creating editing problems for others as they can download the individual tracks from your shared folder?

No, firemonkey...

I was not being bad to you...
Do you see that by simply moving your post to a more suitable forum you are getting responses ?

The problem with the responses so far is that they perhaps do not understand exactly what you wish to do... AND, why ?

If the idea is to make ONE .mp3 file of an entire album, that's easy... obviously...

If the idea is to be able to share entire albums then you will be one of an unfortunately small number of heroes out there if you do what the savage Peerless says and simply rip all of the tracks off an album and then, with the resultant .mp3 files placed in a folder, you .zip the whole thing...

And then share the .zip file of all the tracks together but playable individually...

And... If you do decide to do it by zipping all the individual rips, PLEASE name the file with entire album or whole album
or whatever... (Album is the key for searches...)
And, please also consider adding the rate to the zipped file name, i.e. 320kb or 192 or whatever...

So, firemonkey... see, you do get help and you will remember to not mention copyright stuff... !!!

Go easy... :)

p.s. Anyong possessing the level of literacy that is yours is more than welcome around here !!!
;)
