What to do with CUE and BIN files???

I have downloaded a prog in zip format and unzipped it to a folder.
I now have two files, a small CUE file and a large BIN file.
Can anyone give me an idiots guide on what to do to enable me to install this prog on my pc?

Thanks in advance

Open the .cue file with your burner software.
Or extract the contents from the .bin file with WinRar or Isobuster and burn as a datadisc.

+1 to deamon tools, a must for windows. I really like to mount images as virtual cds like I do on my mac.

Managed to do what RaaF suggested and it worked fine.
Thanks for that.
