downloading from T1 and higher connections

I have an ADSL connection, anyone know why you cant download from T! and T3 sites? I seem to get the download then a message saying that the file is corrupt any help appreciated

yes you are right you must be rich or a wanker to pay 100,000 bucks per year for a T3, cheers
