how much is too much
 

O.K.-I have a stank load of 8-tracks and more then a couple of vinyl albums. I just got this handy-dandy new stand alone dvd/cd burner that I am dying to play with. I want to burn all my old stuff to cd and then share it with the world. How many files do you think might be to many to share. I have a fairly respectable braodband connection (nearly 1000kbps) and I am listed as an ultra peer. I don't want to choke my machine.:eek:

share as much as you want, id say like 500 songs or less to be on the safe side(the riaa gos after ppl who share lots of songs) . share like 500 songs at a time and then rotate them in and out of you shared folder from time to time. just please label all the music "from 8 track tape" etc so people know what there downloading. if you have the drive space share it all.
