 I'm not too sure about that. It seems to me that DVD's are almost impossible to make completly copy protected. I base that thought on the fact that they must somehow be read by a player. Some program will be written to decode the new protection system. Just like CSS, this new protection method will eventually be cracked. I think that a new format like this will replace the current DVD encoding. Now disks are being developed that can hold as much as 100GB of data on a single side. This will allow for the size and quality of the video to increase. My $0.02. deepblue
