osx 10.4 bootable disk

how can i make a bootable osx 10.4.2 disk using techtool. i think i can toast a partition and drop a desktop folder but i cant get it to work?

Do you have an original copy of Mac OS Tiger? If yes, you can copy it using Apple's Disk Utility located in the 'Utilities' folder. You will need to create an image from the disc without encryption and choose 'DVD/CD Master'.
