media player

cant get my windows media player to play movies after i download them. error msg-unknown error?do i need to download a different player:confused:

Some movies require certain codecs in order to play.

See CODECs list and alternate players for Movies & BTW I would recommend getting a hold of VLC which has in-built codecs & is very reliable. At least get it as a backup player.
