using a mouse in the track lists

First of all I must say I have already entered this
question on another forum and it looks like I have chosen
the wrong page, just about my style, so with your
forebearance I repeat the problem here.

Downloaded Basic to try and see if it was worth buying
the Pro version.
Used it 3 days and machine went down - when I had recovered
the machine, it just went down, no warning, not overheated,
just went down.

When I went back onto the site when you double click on
a track nothing happened apart from the fact it was highlighted -
no move down to the bottom of the screen, nothing.

Removed software and reinstalled it - same problem.
Thinking I had a virus I installed the software 4.9.33 on a
new machine that had never been on the Internet and
guess what it still would not work as it had done before for 3 days.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Excuse me but I have just read about 12 great
informed answers on all sorts of problems and was very
surprised that not one of you Experts could answer Gena
and my question on why this great programme will
not run correctly.

To be fair I only joined the forum today so I guess
I am a long way back in the queue for any help -
but Gena posted her request for help 9(Nine) days
ago.

This is why I installed the basic and did not pay for
the Pro version - I guess I was right.
I realize I have burnt all my bridges but there is no way
I would wait as long as Gena has so far.

This is the 1st time I've seen this question. And if this is how they worded it on the other forum then I'm not surprised it wasn't answered. It sounds very vague. I don't fully understand the problem. (BTW I'm no expert, just a simple helper.)

Quote: "When I went back onto the site when you double click on

What's that meant to mean? What track? What site?

Gnutella is not a site!!! You're downlding from other users! Unless you're talking about redownlding LW or something. The whole post sounds vague & not much sense can be made out of it.

I can "only guess" there's some downlding problems. See License requirement (click on link) & see if that's the problem.

Else try deleting your LW Preferences folder whilst LW is closed; instructions here: Fixes for Limewire

Also see the following link & follow “ALL” the off-shoot links to find hints & extra skills to help solve your problem: To continue files downlding (click on link)

Thanks for your reply - sorry I was a bit vague - but
what you have given me is great news its something
I can check.

Basically my problem was by clicking on the mouse
it did not activate the file\set\track to the download stage,
as I said nothing.

Anyway thanks for your post I will try all you said.
I hope this helps Gena as well.

Thank you.
