![]() Hi, I am really new to this so apologies if I sound like a complete bozo! I set up LimeWire on my PC last night and downloaded some tracks. Any that I downloaded which were wma have gone onto my MP3 player fine. However, any that were mp3 play really scratchy and squealy. The only way round it I found was to burn the mp3 tracks onto a CD first and then copy them to my MP3 player which is time consuming and expensive. Can anyone suggest why this might be? My MP3 player is an Inovix one with 512mb. Thanks! |

![]() I take it these mp3s play ok on your computer. It seems like a problem with the player, which might have problems changing from wma to mp3, or possibly more likely, there's something in the instructions you have missed. also have you tried using any mp3s from different sources ... free downloads from Amazon or from your own CDs for instance. I've no experience with the player myself. |
