Can You Help With Scammers Details??
 

Hi everyone - If only I'd read the great advice in the forums...I too was scammed by IP-MP3Support.net.
I am attempting to get my money back and am ready for the fight - but I can't get through on the telephone no. I had. I have read somewhere in the forum ('get your $$$ back' but can't find the thread now) that someone used a particular telephone number, but there was no clue as to which country/ code they used. Does anyone else have info on this company???
Also, I traced my steps and it seems that 'www9.limewire.com' automatically loads when you try to download Limewire even from the real Limewire site. Maybe I'm a newby, but can't Limewire stop these ******s hijacking their legitimate site??? I can't see how I could load Limewire without running the scammers programme.

Clear the cache of your browser. That will help to get rid of that auto-loading. I can tell you that some hrs ago, the official LW downld site was temporarily down. But you could also get it here at downld.com http://www.download.com/3000-2166-10421905.html which is a mirror site

As for the other link, see get your $$$ BACK!!! (music members) but although this advice didn't apply directly to your site, the same principles apply. Besides, your credit card company will have some type of scam/fraud department to deal with it so to cancel the transaction if you doubly-insist it was a scam.
