I need help, Limewire took my Library!!

So, I have Limewirepro and everything worked great, it was automatically set to transfer any files I downloaded into my itunes library, I have a Mac OS X, and it was working fine. Well, while it was downloading songs, suddenly it said it had internal errors, not only that, it slowed down and wouldn't reload, I had to restart my computer because it froze. When I restarted, it wouldn't load, and when it did, some kind of pop-up came up talking about damaged files and saving them to the hard-drive. Well when Limewire came back on with itunes, my itunes library was gone, along with all the songs I had downloaded!! I see my downloaded songs on my Limewire folder, but what happened to my regular library and can I restore everything!!! This is SERIOUS!!!!
