mp3 player will not sync with lw music
 

I have a phillips go gear mp3 player and when i try to sync it with windows media player 10 (that was on the disk that came with the player) it says there is an error and won't load the music tried reloading the disk and also tried with windows media player 9 and still does not work can some help thanx
