Thank You For Your Help Aaron |
You're welcome. That's what the Axe is for. ;] |
By the way. For additional security [for those of you that need it] you can also stop automatic uploads of parts of large files that you happen to be downloading at the same time. You can find this option in the Tools menu by selecting Options and then follow the tree of options to this point, where you can clear the checkbox shown here: http://www3.telus.net/public/walkhou...es sharing.PNG |
I stop sharing of my files, not because i am a "freeloader" but because of that copy infring. crap. Anyway, i have stopped sharing of all files and folders but yet some how i got an email from my ISP about copyright infring. How did this happen? I asked my ISP and they said from sharing the file. Well I STOPPED sharing all files... So what happened???? |
It was probably something you shared months ago. Forget about it. |
no it wasnt, the dates are wrong that they said it was downloaded but it wasnt months ago. Like 4-5 days ago |
dude just shut up!!! all we wanted an advice not a freaken essay about WHY?! he doesn't want to share it up to him! if u dotn want to help him then get the hell outa here! u guys are so freaken nosy! mind ur own business (sorry for the language) |
I always upload, don't matter if people is sharing only 1 file or thousands of them, Why?, because i know that someday the guy that i uploaded to, will upload to me, and because entering to Gnutella means accepting this as a collaborative project, and besides, my ISP lets me do anything since i dunno take so much of my neighborhood general bandwith |
