plays at 32kbs
 

Hi Can anyone tell me why when I down load a song it plays at 32kbs and I cannot play the song. The song is C**Y by G**s B***y

That's spam. The file does not contain any music, it merely looks like a MP3 file. This kind of spam derives from the following ranges:

I suggest you grow some taste, then you won't come across that kind of spam.
