pc running slow

i would like some advice on pc running slow
if i have never deleted any cookies from pc before would this cause pc to run alot slower than usually.
if so could someone explain how i delete all cookies please.

Try the free CCleaner to get rid of the "garbage" on your computer. It'll definitely make you pc faster....:

Don't feed your PC with cookies. That'll make it fat and slow. Regular electricity and a well-temperatured room is all they need.
