Edit background noise

I have recorded a meeting, but there is a lot of background noise, unwanted noise, feedback, static etc... Is there a program that I can use to edit those out?

Background noise in the recorded audio can be remove somewhat with any Audio Recording and Editing software,I tried it with the FlexiMusic Wave Editor,its done well.
