It's quite easy & once you have done it once you will never forget. See Setting default audio program & use the same concept.

Remember iTunes can burn CD's also. Go to edit menu -> Preferences -> Advanced -> Burning to see options.

Oh you wish to change format. That is highly unadvisable. That will mean a loss of quality if you change from one compressed audio format to another compressed format. I think iTunes can do it, if not, WMP with supplementary codecs will do it.

Also when I have all the songs I want on the play list how do I get started to burning it?

Neither, choose Audio CD, it's the one at the top of the choices.

Select that playlist & choose burn option.

I haven't used iTunes in Windows for about a year. But here's an older description of how to do it: http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...threadid=28600
Post #6 might be more relevant being windows & not mac. Excuse the post is a few years old & burning option is now in a different location.

Yeah I clicked the audio CD one but now I am ready to burn it how do I start the burning?

Without me starting up windows, because the burn location is in different location, I think it's under File menu. Should say something like Burn Playlist to Disc. :) Be sure to choose a low burn speed. Your cd will be better off for it. Also some devices can't play disks burnts at high speeds.

Okay I will do so thank you.

DaDGurlJ June 21st, 2007 12:28 PM

I see back up to disc should I click on that?
